How do I shop at COHL’S?
Do I need an account to shop?
No, you can checkout as a guest. Creating a COHL’S account makes shopping faster, helps you track your orders and saves your favorites for next time.
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes, contact us within 2 hours of ordering. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or edited.

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide with measurements and fit notes such as true to size or relaxed fit.
What if I’m between sizes?
For a looser feel, go up a size. For a more fitted look, go down. Still unsure? Reach out to us and we will help you find your perfect fit.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide so you can enjoy COHL’S wherever you are. Shipping options and costs appear at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, while express shipping takes 1 to 3 business days depending on location. International orders may take longer.
How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.
Returns & Exchange
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 14 days of delivery as long as they are unworn, unwashed and have tags still attached.
How do I start a return?

For all returns, customers cover the return shipping cost.
Can I exchange for another size or color?
Yes, if the item is in stock. If not, you can choose store credit.

We accept all card payments, PayPal and Cash on Delivery ( only in Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia ) payment method.
